Guided women's walking tour of the city - for all

Travel through the women's history of Bochum! The women from the 20th and 19th centuries and from earlier periods introduced in the walking tour can be found on a women's map. The walking tour will not only lead you to interesting sights like Bergbaumuseum, Pauluskirche and Kunstmuseum, but will introduce you to the lives of courageous women and the part they played in the history of the city and in women's liberation. Learn about Ursula Schafmeister, the first female priest in Bochum, Nora Platiel, a Jewish lawyer in exile, and many more.
